Read that last point carefully. Coles almost always has a promotion running, a cheaper first recharge or bonus data, and the plan cards show that promotional number rather than the ongoing one. The table above is what you'll actually pay once the promo ends. There's also a two-SIM bundle plan at $55 a month for two services with 30GB each, aimed at couples and small households, which isn't in the comparison table because it's a multi-line product.

The 365-day plans are quietly good value too: $220 for 145GB across a year works out to well under $20 a month.
The reasons to look elsewhere are the entry price and the hard data stop. $25 for 22GB is beaten by several Optus-network rivals, and when you run out you're offline until you recharge, with no simple way to buy more mid-cycle.
