All three include unlimited calls and SMS, unlimited data banking, and no excess data charges. On the metered plans, using the full allowance drops your speed to 1.5Mbps rather than costing you money.

The unlimited plan and its 40Mbps ceiling
Read that ceiling properly before you decide it's a dealbreaker, because most people are wrong about what 40Mbps feels like.
It's enough for HD video, video calls, maps, music, social apps and browsing, all at the same time. It's not enough to make a phone feel fast in the way a benchmark app measures fast, and it's not the plan for downloading a 50GB game to a hotspot. If your data use is heavy but ordinary, unlimited at 40Mbps beats a metered plan at 150Mbps every time, because you stop rationing. If you actually need peak speed, the metered plans are the right ones and the unlimited plan isn't for you at all.

APN settings
felix's APN settings are confirmed from felix's own help article, checked 26 August 2026: the APN is live.vodafone.com, which is the standard Vodafone profile, with MCC 505 and MNC 03. felix says most phones configure themselves once the SIM is in and you'll only need to enter this manually if yours doesn't.
The honest verdict
felix is a good plan for a specific person: someone who wants to stop thinking about data entirely, lives where Vodafone works, and doesn't care about peak download speed. For that person, $40 for unlimited data with no excess charges and no allowance anxiety is a clean deal, and the metered tiers underneath it are reasonable rather than remarkable.
Everyone else should look harder. Three plans within $10 of each other isn't a range, it's a preference, and Kogan Mobile and Lebara sit on the same network with more room to size a plan to how you actually use your phone.
